Andersen danced to victory

ULFBORG, Denmark -- 26 year old Steffen Bjørn Andersen of Denmark, ranked number three in the world, finally won his first WFGA title by winning the Danish Open with a total of 251 (-41) for an impressive seven-kick victory in front of Ronnie Husted.

The first round of the Danish Open 2014 at Vesterhavets Fodboldgolf started with Jakob Nissen taking the lead, by shooting a score of 58 kicks (-15).

After round two of play, the stage was set for the final day. Jakob Nissen and Ronnie Krarup Husted playing the two first rounds for an aggregate of 126 kicks putting themself in the lead going into the two concluding rounds.

The final round proved to be challenging for Husted and Nissen and they couldn't keep up with Andersen, as he carded a 61 and securing the title. His final round included 9 birdies and one Albatross.
